                          Ribbon Message Board                       I love ribbons, Here is a design idea which takes about 5 hours to make Thumb tacks will help you with this project choose a variety of different ribbons and work out a a basic design layout on a foam core board  or cardboard. The size of the board is up to you! Thumb Tack the ribbons you want to use. The edges will be folded to the back side of the board later on! Start weaving Alternate weaving pattern for  example Under over first row Over under second row You can sing this Now it is starting to look like something go all around the edges with the tacks Tape or glue the excess ribbons to the back side of the board Some of you may want to keep the fringes Here is final project with messages that slide into woven ribbons  Stay healthy and safe everyone!

                              Creating Character Clay Pots                    I am using a clay pot and giving it a new look with a fun character design                                                           I grew up reading Curious George books..                                                           Which is why love Monkeys to this day. You can use gesso, house paint, white craft paint or whatever you have in your house Paint the bottom of the clay pot as well A positive message of your choice can be added to the bottom of the clay pot or wherever you think it looks best! Sketch out your unique character. I chose an original  Monkey design with a medical  face mask! Make a jar of light blue paint for 2 to 3 coats for the medical face mask I chose red with light blue letters. I want to thank the Medical Staff. Red outline around the eyes. I was thinking red glasses would be nice for this monkey!
