Ribbon Message Board

I love ribbons, Here is a design idea which takes about 5 hours to make

Thumb tacks will help you with this project

choose a variety of different ribbons and work out a a basic design layout on a foam core board

or cardboard. The size of the board is up to you!

Thumb Tack the ribbons you want to use. The edges will be folded to the back side of the board later on!

Start weaving

Alternate weaving pattern for

example Under over first row

Over under second row

You can sing this

Now it is starting to look like something

go all around the edges with the tacks

Tape or glue the excess ribbons to the back side of the board

Some of you may want to keep the fringes

Here is final project with messages

that slide into woven ribbons
